High Desert Courtesy Patrol:

In the event of a true emergency (a crime in progress or a life-threatening situation) call 911 immediately.
Residents should then follow up with a call to the G4S patrol at (505) 485-5658.

For urgent, but non-emergency situations (a suspicious person or vehicle, an annoying salesperson, a loud party, an animal complaint, etc.) call the G4S patrol at (505) 485-5658.

Hours: Scheduled office hours for High Desert owners are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Owners who require other hours may call the office to set an appointment.

After-Hours Maintenance Emergency Contact:

HOAMCO, High Desert's property  management company, maintains a 24-hour emergency contact telephone number. If you have a mantainance emergency after regular office hours, you should call:

An on-call HOAMCO manager should answer.  If not, leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible. Please remember that this number should be used only for maintenance emergencies that absolutely cannot wait until regular business hours.

Residents calling the regular High Desert office at 505-314-5862 after regular business hours will hear a voicemail message that says "If this is an after-hours High Desert maintenance emergency, please call
HOAMCO Emergency: 844-744-4316.

For other types of emergencies, please call the G4S Security Patrol at 505-485-5658.

Note:   If you are concerned that a neighbor's property is not in compliance with governing documents, or that a common area is not being properly maintained, you may fill one of the forms below.These forms can be filled out online and submitted, or downloaded and printed, or filled out on your computer, saved and sent as an attachment.
