Auto-Debit
Quarterly auto-debit is available to residents who fill out a form to request the service. Click here to download a pdf of the form. Residents should fill out the form completely, sign it, attach a voided check, and mail the form and voided check to the High Desert office address below. Residents can also fax the form to the office along with a copy of a voided check. (Note: Both the mailing address and fax number are provided on the form.) The auto debit charge is processed around the 25th of January, April, July and October. If the 25th of the month falls on a weekend the debit charge is usually processed the Friday before. |
Paying Bills with "Bill-Pay" Through Personal Banks
Homeowners can also choose to have a regular quarterly bill payment to High Desert set up through their personal bank so that payments are sent out automatically by their bank on a date chosen by the account holder. Please contact your bank on the procedure used by your institution to have bills automatically paid. Residents can also use these services for one-time payments as well as scheduled, recurring payments. To ensure proper credit to your account, please be sure that your account number (shown on the HOAMCO invoice) is properly reflected in your bank's records and appears on all payments transmitted. Since HOAMCO is not set up to receive electronic payments, your bill-pay service will likely mail a paper check, which can take several days to deliver. Please take that into account in scheduling your payments, so that they arrive at the HOAMCO office by the due date. If you have scheduled automatic recurring payments, please be sure that the amount of your payment matches the total amount due on your current invoice, which may vary from time to time due to changes in assessment amounts and/or the inclusion of other fees and charges. |
Mailing Your Payment
| Owners who want to continue mailing in their payments should address the envelopes to the following new address: High Desert Residential Owners Association c/o HOAMCO – NM P.O. Box 63578 Phoenix, Arizona 85082-3578 Please note that the above address is for payments only and they should be remitted by check or money order payable to: High Desert ROA. Please include the perforated portion of the statement and write the account number on the check or money order in the memo. Please do not post-date checks.
Dropping Off Your Payment Payments can be dropped off at the Spain office no later than the 25th of the first month of the quarter, or the business day prior if the 25th is a weekend or holiday. If no one is in the office, payments may be left with the receptionist at the main entrance. |

Residents can click on the following web address to make the payment: www.cabanc.com The address is a Mutual of Omaha Bank website. Residents should now be on the Association Banking page. There are two options: "E-Check" or "Credit Card." These options are on the lower right-hand side of the page under "Homeowners Pay Assessments." Please note that the e-check option is free, but the bank charges a fee for credit card payments.
